The
evolution of GLOW began with Pickle Barrel’s vision to create a unique
restaurant that would offer diners healthier food options and Rose Resiman’s
philosophy of a healthy, balanced lifestyle that includes eating well and
reconnecting with friends and family over a relaxed meal.

Host your holiday event with us! Our chic and intimate
private dining room is perfect for holiday parties. Select from our specially
created menus or customize your own, compliment your menu with our wines

We can also customize menus for a holiday dinner or luncheon in the main
dining room.
Glow’s menu showcases lighter, fresh, unadulterated, local food and
changes by the season. It incorporates the whole philosophy of eating clean
and eating well “doing it right” on a consistent basis.
The kitchen uses fresh, flavourful ingredients and creative, imaginative cooking techniques to allow the flavours of the food to shine through. There is no deep frying, no use of heavy sauces and dressings to mask the flavours, the food speaks for itself.
Our Cellar
Wine can be a very intimidating subject, as there are so many countries
producing so many different styles and varieties, even professionals don't
know it all! We’ve organized our wine list by putting the varietals
on the far left side of the page, so that you can navigate with ease, and
the list is in ascending order by price. The price point was very important,
as we wanted to be represented at all levels.
When putting together this list we wanted to have the "comfortable"
wines for people, i.e. Aussie Shirazes, California Cabs, Pinot Grigios.
But we also wanted to have a good selection of "different" wines
for those who wanted to try something out of their "comfort zone".
Private Dining
Our private dining room echoes the décor, aesthetics and ambience
of the main dining room. It is scaled for the intimacy of smaller parties
whether the occasion is a dinner party or a business meeting.

DINING MENU
The dining room seats up to 26 guests and features a 60’’ Plasma TV equipped for slideshows, presentations or private screenings. Glow Fresh Grill & Wine Bar can accommodate many different environments to suit your needs, we can assist in making your event a unique and enjoyable experience.
